Operate
The Operate Phase begins following a successful transformation, marking the transition to the practical day-to-day management of the newly implemented network infrastructure. While Net-Innovate Solutions’ primary expertise lies in the Architecture and Transformation Phases, our role in the Operate Phase is to guide this critical transition, ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team.
In this phase, our focus shifts to assisting clients in establishing effective management of their network operations, either independently or through a chosen provider. Net-Innovate Solutions plays a pivotal role in aligning the operational phase with the strategic vision developed in earlier stages, ensuring that the transition upholds the quality and objectives set during the transformation.
Optionally, Net-Innovate Solutions offers to transition into a Quality Assurance role. In this capacity, we work closely with the client and their operations partner to monitor and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards. This approach provides clients with an added layer of assurance, maintaining the integrity and performance of their IT infrastructure, and aligning with the strategic and operational excellence established in the previous phases.
Our commitment in the Operate Phase is to provide support and oversight, enabling clients to maintain control over their network operations while benefiting from our expertise in ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with set standards and objectives.
